Newcastle Cricket Club has four senior cricket teams. Firsts and Seconds play in the North East Premier League (Premier Division and Division 2 respectively), Thirds in the Northumberland and Tyneside Cricket League Division 5 North and the Academy team in the Sunday North East Premier League Division 1.

Winter indoor nets are held on Wednesday evenings from 2nd February 2022 at the indoor school at South Northumberland CC, Gosforth, 8.30-9.30pm. Sessions cost £5 per player.
Regular outdoor nets take place from April to the end of the season (weather and fixture permitting):
- Tuesday evenings from 6pm – 1st and 2nd XI training.
- Thursday evenings from 6pm – Full club training.
