Newcastle Cricket Club is an
All-Stars Centre!

All Stars Cricket is the England and Wales Cricket Board’s entry level participation programme, aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket.

  • For all boys and girls aged five to eight
  • Eight one-hour sessions, held over eight weeks
  • Emphasis on fun and being active
  • Focus on developing your child’s movement skills
  • Safe and fully accredited
  • Includes a bonus pack of cricket kit

Parking: Parking restrictions are now in force in Osborne Avenue and around the area. Scratchcard vouchers are available for use to cover parking anywhere – either the metered bays or the permit areas. The cost per half day pass is £1.50. These are available from the Bar.

Disabled access: There is a disabled parking space opposite the Ground Entrance, although no dropped kerb close by which can mean assistance is needed to cross the road. The Pavilion Suite is accessible but as yet there remain steps to the Pavilion Bar.

Students will automatically get Members Discounted Bar prices by showing a valid NUS or Student card at the bar!

SENIOR CRICKET

Newcastle Cricket Club has four senior cricket teams. Firsts and Seconds play in the North East Premier League (Premier Division and Division 2 respectively), Thirds in the Northumberland and Tyneside Cricket League Division 6 South and the Academy team in the Sunday North East Premier League Division 1.

WOMENS CRICKET

Our development squad has weekly training and plays 8-a-side matches in the Northumberland Women’s Development League. If you’re aged between 13 and 103, you’re very welcome to get involved!
