Customer Code of Conduct Agreement - MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Where possible, guests should book attendance in advance. Bookings must be for a maximum of 6 people or two households, whichever is the greater. We will accept walk in’s if there is space but bookings will get priority if space is tight. You will also be asked to sign a register if you have not booked in advance.
Please note that there is plenty of space for safe distancing outside but if the weather turns, we only have limited indoor space so come prepared with umbrella’s if the forecast is not good!
Name and contact numbers will be required for one customer per group at time of booking to comply with track and trace requirements.
A drinks menu will be displayed at the entrance, and is also available via the website. Customers are asked to take a photo of the menu on entry, or use the website to see list of available drinks and prices.
Drinks can now be ordered from the bar by queuing while observing the signs and social distancing.
Guests are requested to stay off the grass at all times. Please use the marked walkways.
One way systems to and from the toilets will be marked, please respect these.
Both ladies and gents toilets will have a maximum occupancy of two at a time. Please check if occupancy before entering, and if full, wait in the marked areas, using a “one in, one out” system.
Guests most follow all government social distancing rules. Please remain 2m from anyone outside your household where possible, or 1m with mitigation, if this is not feasible, and stick to your groups. Seating has been arranged so as to facilitate this, so please do not move any benches. Please speak to a member of staff if you have any requests.
Please follow all hygiene guidance. This includes thorough washing of hands as per guidance posters, especially after using the toilet facilities. Hand sanitisers will be available at the entrance/ exit and throughout the premises.
Guests are politely reminded that this is a gradual relaxation of lockdown rules, and many restrictions are still in place. We would like all our members and guests to enjoy the facilities we provide in a safe manner, so please drink responsibly. Please be patient as we adapt to these new rules, and respect the work our staff are doing. Any abusive behaviour towards our staff will result in being requested to leave the premises immediately, and the police will be called if required. Failure to comply with social distancing or hygeine guidelines may results in being asked to leave the premises.
We want everyone to have a great time, but the safety of all our guests, staff and the wider community is of paramount importance, and must be prioritised. The measures we have taken to ensure this are available on our website.
